The Temple Story

At the heart of our brand is a love for family, tradition, and the art of gathering together. 

Inspired by the warm hospitality of Charles’ Lebanese heritage and a passion born from wine-tasting journeys in Australia, we set out to create something truly special: a gin that embodies the spirit of connection. A gin which when brought to your table, will be shared amongst laughter, love and happy memories. One which is a part of your special family occasions. Those occasions with cheeky grins, contagious laughter and big smiles.  

Charles has always dreamed of owning a winery and that dream morphed into something bigger when Temple was born. With few spirit tasting opportunities available, we wanted to create not just delicious spirits, but gin tasting experiences second to none, at our very own cellar door.

Our flagship product is our small batch gin - crafted with locally sourced ingredients and a commitment to sustainability, designed to be shared with those you love. We wanted you to experience a gin where you can taste the difference - the distinct notes of our special blend of spices and botanicals, carefully selected to give you a taste so good, there’s no need to add the T to your G.
