Refund policy
Change of mind:

If once your order arrives, you decide that your purchase isn’t quite right for you, then please return the product, with all original packaging intact within 14 days of purchase. Please email us with your order number and we will give you a return code and details of a return mailing address in Brisbane.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of goods in original condition. Refunds will only cover the purchase cost of the product and not return or delivery shipping fees if applicable. No restock or admin fees apply.

If returning your Temple of Juniper product, we recommend you track or insure your parcel. As the purchaser, you assume responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of the goods in transit.

Please include a note with your order number so that we can track this back to your original payment and refund you as soon as the goods are received by the team.
Faulty or Damaged Product:

Each Temple of Juniper bottle that leaves our distillery is packaged personally onsite and checked prior to dispatch to ensure quality control. If however you open your product and believe it may be faulty, or has been damaged in transit, please contact us directly to discuss. Please email us at hello@templeofjuniper.com.au
Non-Delivery / Missing Goods
All of our orders are tracked through to signed delivery. Unfortunately, if a parcel goes missing after it has been signed as delivered, we do not refund. Contact us at hello@templeofjuniper.com.au and we will work with you and our delivery partner to try and track it down.
