Shipping policy

Temple of Juniper’s bespoke blends are handcrafted with love at our distillery based in Caboolture, just north of Brisbane.   

We want everyone to be able to experience the wonders of our Temple products, and offer a flat rate shipping charge for those here in Australia. 

All orders are dispatched within three business days of your order being received, and we’ll send an email with a tracking order number to let you know your order is on its way.

• $15 AUD flat rate shipping on all Australian orders leaving from our Brisbane Distillery.

• If you’re local, free pick up is also available from our cellar door in Caboolture in Brisbane, QLD. Come & enjoy a sample while you’re here.  Just send us an email at hello@templeofjuniper.com to arrange, or come and find us at 4/23 Evans Drive Caboolture, Queensland. Please check opening hours to make sure we’re here to welcome you.

Non-Delivery / Missing Goods:

All of our orders are tracked through to signed delivery. Unfortunately, if a parcel goes missing after it has been signed as delivered, we do not refund. Contact us at hello@templeofjuniper.com.au and we will work with you and our delivery partner to try and track it down.
