AMAL’S MEDITERRANEAN SUMMER GIN RICKEY
Ingredients:
- 60ml Mediterranean Summer Gin
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- Soda water to top up
- Lime wedge to garnish
Equipment:
- Bar spoon
Method:
Pour gin, syrup and lime juice into an ice filled highball glass.
Stir and then top up with soda water and garnish with a lime wedge.
Serve with a straw.
