BEST NEGRONI RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 30ml Middle Eastern Spiced Gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml sweet vermouth
- Fresh orange (for garnish)
- Optional: Cinnamon stick to garnish
Equipment:
- Bar spoon
- Knife or peeler (for garnish)
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with ice. Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.
Stir well. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice – we love using large cubes from our silicone moulds.
Garnish with a twist of orange or simply a slice of orange. Add a cinnamon stick for an extra layer of warmth if desired.
Tip: Chill your serving glass in the freezer beforehand.
